Terms & Conditions — Workshops and Reading Groups
These terms apply to all workshops and reading groups sold by NATION OF NOWHERE DI QUEVEDO MOLINA E YOUNG SNC, Via Donato Bramante 12b, 34131, Trieste, referred to here as "Nation of Nowhere Books."
1. Bookings and Payment
Full payment is required at the time of booking to confirm a place. Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. Cancellations and Refunds
Full refunds are available up to 48 hours before the course start date. Once a course has begun, no refunds will be issued for withdrawal from the course, regardless of reason. No partial refunds will be given for individual sessions a participant is unable to attend.
3. Attendance
Participants are expected to attend all sessions where possible. We are unable to offer make-up sessions for individual absences.
4. For Workshops Involving Participants Under 18
A parent or legal guardian must complete the booking and provide accurate contact and emergency information.
Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and collection at the stated times. Nation of Nowhere Books does not provide supervision outside the scheduled session times.
Parents/guardians must inform us in advance of any medical conditions, allergies, or additional needs relevant to their child's participation.
By booking, the parent/guardian confirms the child is fit to participate and takes responsibility for informing us of any relevant health or behavioural considerations.
5. Liability
Nation of Nowhere holds public liability insurance for activities on its premises. We are not liable for loss, damage, or injury except where caused by our negligence.
6. Photography/Media
Occasionally, photographs may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes. Please let us know at the time of booking if you do not wish to be included.
7. Conduct
Nation of Nowhere Books reserves the right to remove a participant from a course without refund in cases of disruptive or inappropriate behaviour that affects other participants.
