Join us for a special evening with award-winning writer Adam Weymouth. The event will include a short reading from his book Lone Wolf, followed by a conversation with Michelle from Nation of Nowhere Books and signing of his books.

More about Lone Wolf
In 2011, a young wolf named Slavc left Slovenia and walked a thousand miles through the Alps, arriving four months later on a plateau north of Verona, where wolves hadn't been seen in a century. There, he crossed paths with a female wolf on her own journey. More than a decade on, their descendants number over a hundred.
In Lone Wolf, Weymouth follows Slavc's route to explore a region in flux: rewilding against cultural preservation, nationalism against globalisation, a changing climate, and human migration alongside the wild kind.
Adam Weymouth has also written Kings of the Yukon. An account of Adam’s journey travelling by canoe along the Yukon as the salmon migrate.

Join us for a cosy morning storytime for young readers, up to 8 years of age. We'll be reading a few favourites aloud, with plenty of chances to get involved, ask questions, and enjoy the stories together. The session will be held in English.
